More Info!

We have amended the start time of the ceremony to 4pm, to help avoid the worst of the heat. We will have tents for the ceremony/food in the Sandia foothills so that should help with the temperature!

As a rough guideline for the day, here is something near what we anticipate:
4pm: Ceremony at Elena Gallegos Picnic Area
4:30: Everyone stick around for some food and drink and to (hopefully) watch the mountains get colorful and the sunset to the west.
7-8pm: Switch locations for more booze and music!

RE: Food: We ask that everyone bring a dish, potluck style, to the ceremony. We will provide non-alcoholic drinks, some beer and wine, and desert items for everyone. We would encourage everyone to bring more alcohol and a main dish for the ceremony. Hopefully we will all be able to eat and drink like Kings and Queens!

Because our long-term plans and location are still uncertain, we are asking anyone that wishes to help us to give us cold hard cash instead of gifts! We anticipate using the money towards house-warming things, and towards visa costs after we are married. If we eventually move to England the majority of the gifts would go to waste, so money in this instance seems more sensible, if a little unexciting!
